Clear terms for Cueable.

Pre-release status

Cueable is not yet publicly released and Cueable+ purchases are not currently available. Website descriptions are a good-faith preview, not a promise that every feature, platform, offer, price or launch date will remain unchanged. These terms apply to the website now and to Cueable once the app is made available.

Agreement and eligibility

By using Cueable or this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally agree, a parent or guardian must review and accept them where permitted. Do not purchase Cueable+ without the account holder’s permission.

Licence to use Cueable

Subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable rules, Quovane grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Cueable for lawful study purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with security or entitlement checks, or use Cueable to violate another person’s rights. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where incorporated by the App Store listing.

Free Cueable and Cueable+

Cueable is planned to include a free tier. Cueable+ is planned as an optional paid entitlement that unlocks additional features. Quovane may improve, replace or retire features and will avoid removing paid access unfairly, subject to law and platform requirements.

Apple-only purchases

Planned Cueable+ purchases will be offered only through Apple In-App Purchase. The App Store purchase sheet will show the actual product, local price, currency, duration, tax treatment and any trial or offer before you confirm. The website does not sell Cueable+ and no displayed example should override Apple’s checkout information.

Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. They renew unless cancelled through Apple at least as required by Apple’s displayed terms. Deleting Cueable does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is planned as a one-time non-consumable purchase and does not renew. If you buy Lifetime while subscribed, the Lifetime purchase may not automatically cancel the existing subscription; check and manage that subscription through Apple.

Trials, offers and promo codes

Any trial, introductory offer or offer code is subject to Apple’s eligibility, redemption and availability rules and the terms shown before purchase. Offers may differ by storefront and account. Quovane does not independently validate payment codes on the website.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Apple controls billing, renewals, payment failures, grace periods, cancellations and refunds. Manage a subscription through your Apple Account, Apple’s subscription interface or the links Cueable provides. Refund requests must be made through Apple and are governed by Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.

Restoring and using Cueable+ across devices

Where universal purchase is supported, Cueable+ is intended to work across compatible iPhone, iPad and Mac versions associated with the same Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases to retrieve access. App Store ownership is separate from iCloud study-data syncing. Access can be delayed or unavailable if Apple or RevenueCat cannot verify the transaction, and refunded or revoked purchases may deactivate Cueable+ without deleting study data.

No Cueable account

Cueable is designed without a Quovane login. You remain responsible for the security of your Apple Account, device passcode and iCloud account. Do not share purchase credentials or attempt to transfer App Store ownership outside Apple’s supported mechanisms.

Your content and backups

You keep ownership of material you create or import. You confirm you have the right to use it and will not use Cueable for unlawful, infringing or harmful content. You are responsible for appropriate backups and for checking sync status. CloudKit and local storage reduce friction but are not a guarantee against every loss, corruption or deletion.

Study and AI outputs

Cueable is a study aid, not a guarantee of marks, recall, admission or professional results. Automatically generated questions, plans and feedback can be incomplete or wrong. Check important content against reliable sources. Cueable does not provide medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

Third-party services

Cueable may rely on Apple services including the App Store, StoreKit and CloudKit, and on RevenueCat for purchase validation and Customer Center. Their availability and separate terms can affect Cueable. External AI tools used to create Cuepacks are chosen by you and are governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

Quovane may update Cueable, correct errors, change compatibility or suspend a feature for maintenance, security, legal or platform reasons. Quovane does not promise uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.

Consumer rights, warranties and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, Cueable is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Quovane excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent the law allows.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cueable at any time, but must separately cancel an active subscription through Apple. Quovane may restrict use for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Purchase and refund rights remain subject to Apple’s rules and mandatory law.

Governing law and changes

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Quovane may update them as Cueable develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and may also be announced in Cueable or on the website.
